Breathing Exercises 2

Now breathe out – slowly – through your nose until you have emptied your lungs fully.

Hold your chest still while you count:


1 Elephant

2 Elephants

3 Elephants

4 Elephants

Repeat this process four times.

When you finish keep your eyes closed whilst you breath normally for a while.

Open your eyes, but don’t jump up immediately. Enjoy sitting there feeling nice and relaxed.
