Dental Management Kit - ISO9002

The British Dental Association has just produced a do-it-yourself kit for dentists thinking about using the international quality management standard ISO 9002.

The kit takes you through the standard requirements section by section, with illustrative examples of written work proceedures and forms and discussion of points to think about when adapting the examples to meet your own practice needs.
All the examples are provided on diskette in a standard word processing package to reduce typing.

The kit costs £65 (Pounds Sterling) for members of the BDA or the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners(UK) or £95 (Pounds Sterling) for non-members
