The Editor writes: Variable, depending on whether there are hospital costs built in or necessary. Also individual surgeon's and anaesthetists's fees vary. There are about five mainstream systems in use for implants at the moment. Also laboratory costs can fluctuate considerably. I should imagine that it would be in the order of £1200-£1500 for the complete job, assuming there are no complications such as the requirement for pre-insertion ridge augmentation.
